National Preparedness Guidelines and Target Capabilities List

The Congress established the National Preparedness Guidelines and together with the Federal interagency community has developed Fifteen (15) All-Hazards Planning Scenarios for use in national, Federal, State and local homeland security preparedness activities. The Scenarios are planning tools and are representative of the range of credible, potential terrorist attacks and natural disasters together with their related impacts that face our nation today.

Hardened Structures has developed specific design protection programs and hazard mitigation measures for each of the following 15 Attack Scenarios.
