Modular Units
Modular Dwellings
Components
The concrete modular building system consists of four main elements:
- Foundations;
- Floor panels;
- Wall panels;
- Stairs & landings.

Design & Detailing
A complete design of all pre-cast concrete elements and connections is carried out in
accordance to BS 8110 to allow for loadings specified by the project's engineer. A complete set of assembly and manufacturing drawings are prepared for all items
indicating every electrical and mechanical feature incorporated in the concrete; also
all openings and required teaming for services. These drawings are sent to the
design team for comments before proceeding to production.
Manufacture & Assembly
All concrete elements are manufactured in the factory under strict quality control
conditions according to the approved detailed drawings. The modular elements are delivered, installed and fixed in their final position on site
according to the approved assembly drawings.

Modular Portable Units
Components
The Modular Portable Unit weighs less than 36 tons and can be transported over highway systems. Each unit comes standard with two windows and a door, and can be exterior finished with a choice of color or brick panels.
The Portable Unit provides immediate protection from disasters including tornadoes, hurricanes, fires, natural gas explosions, and can withstand blasts with the strength of up to 1,100 pounds of TNT. The unit is also able to withstand gunfire including but not limited to 7.62 39 AK 47 assault rifle fire and 7.62 x 51 assault rifle fire.
Manufacture & Assembly
The Modular Portable Unit is manufactured and shipped completely from the factory including electrical power, data, plumbing, CCTV, card access and generators.
Uses
The Modular Portable Unit is perfect for use as a command center, as well as a medical, communication, media, civil unrest, military conflict, housing, or large event center.
Modular Brick Panels
Components
The Modular Brick Panels consists of three main elements:
- Wall panels;
- Piers;
- Corner units.

Design & Detailing
A complete set of assembly and detailed drawings indicating all required openings is
prepared for all wall elevations and sent to the design team for comments before proceeding to production.
Manufacture & Assembly
All panels, piers and corner elements are manufactured in the factory under strict quality control conditions according to the detailed drawings. The brick panels are delivered, installed and fixed in their final position on site according to the approved assembly drawings. They can be fixed directly to the back of the concrete wall panel or to metal rails fixed to the previously installed structure. These rails form the traditional cavity zone.
Amenity Pods
Components
The pods are made of pre-cast concrete
floor base, detailed as part of the modular
concrete structure, fitted with all the
required drainage installation and varied
floor levels to suit each individual room lay
out.

Manufacture & Assembly
The walls are constructed of metal and timber stud partitions with moisture resistant plasterboard, manufactured in accordance to BS 1230 and fixed to frame in accordance to BS 8212. These partitions are filled with specially designed foam that
provides high acoustic properties and durability to the structure. A composite metal ceiling completes the structure. The pod then gets tiled, fitted and tested to the standard required by the client. This includes all sanitary and electrical features.
Delivery & Installation
The pods are delivered and installed on site according to assembly drawings of the modular structure and are then connected to the mains water, drainage and electrical systems.
